There are some general good rules of nutrition we can all follow, but unfortunately there is no ‘one size fits all’ diet. Our overall health is based on the interaction of many factors including our genes, environment, diet and lifestyle. Our Nutritionists therefore have to consider each individual as unique and will recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans.

Before your consultation you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire and a 7 day food diary. During the consultation we will discuss the causes of your health issues and work together to develop a personal nutritional programme.
