Having heard about Harris Fitness Consultancy from a friend, I contacted Neil to ask if he would accept the challenge of working with an obese 48 year old. I spoke to Neil Harris (Personal Trainer) who was keen to accept the challenge and I arranged to meet him. I used to be 350 pounds and now I am 187.
I took up cycling at the age of 48 and invested in a trek bike. As I cycle around the hills of Devon and I am pushing hard to get up a hill, there isn’t another gear change left in the bike, I am tempted to get off and push. I can hear Neil’s voice in my head “don’t stop, don’t give up”. Before you know it I am up the hill and free-wheeling down the other side.
Neil has been with me every step of the way. You cannot fail to be encouraged or motivated by him. He will tease every ounce out of you. You want to give 100% in every session in the gym, better numbers, higher intensity, increased duration. When you report back your numbers you want them to be better than the week before. I am in the best physical and mental shape of my life, thank you!
