We are based in Bideford and can offer treatment sessions either at our premises in Northam, in your home if within a 10 mile radius of Bideford, or outdoors. We can provide you with a tailored personal training program at your home, work or other convenient location across North Devon.
Your Personal Training Plan
We believe in listening to our clients and adapting exercise and fitness programmes to suit individual people and individual goals. The initial assessment will assess the following aspects of your life:
- General Health
- Fitness Level
- Nutrition
- Stress Levels
- Sleep behaviour
Following this assessment, you will be provided with a personalised exercise programme based around your specific goals, which will be reviewed at regular intervals. Your programme will be monitored and adapted regularly to help you remain motivated and help you achieve your goal.
